Submit a Course Override Request 

Please fill out the Course Override Request Form below if you receive an error during registration and cannot add yourself to the wait-list of the LDRS course you want to enroll in. Closed Override requests will be reviewed during Add/Drop. Filling out this form is the only way to request an override for any undergraduate Leadership Studies courses (LDRS). Requests sent via e-mail or phone call will not be accepted. Once submitted, you will receive a copy of your completed form and we will provide additional information regarding the status of your request shortly afterwards.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Approval is NOT guaranteed. We recognize that certain LDRS courses are extremely popular so we are constantly trying to meet demand for our courses.
  • Drop/Add Deadlines (Closed override requests for the respective session will only be considered if they are submitted within the specified Drop/Add time frames) 
    • *Override requests will not reviewed if they are submitted after 4:30pm on the last Friday of Drop/Add or on the weekend following the end of Drop/Add.
  • If a course is currently full, we are at max capacity. Please continue checking the registration system to see if a seat opens.
  • We do not register you for the class if the override is approved. The override enables you to register yourself. Advisors do not have the ability to register students.
  • We do not expedite requests during add/drop. DO NOT submit multiple requests.
  • We DO NOT override into full courses before Add/Drop. You must add yourself to the course wait-list to be considered for any course openings.
